C5T’s PMI-ACP® Course enables our students to incorporate various Agile methodologies into their workflows and sets them up for success with the PMI-ACP Certification exam. Leveraging the VELOCITEACH® curriculum, students learn new ways of working through examples of Agile ceremonies and prepare for the exam with help every step of the way.

As the DoD and other industries pivot to Agile methodologies, we can provide you with the skillsets to be a change agent and enable your organization to achieve excellence.

Educational Requirements

High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree
21 contact hours of Agile training

Experience Requirements:

12 months of general project experience within the last 5 years. (A current PMP or PgMP will satisfy this requirement, but is not required for the PMI-ACP)
8 months of Agile project experience within the last 3 years

Our PMI-ACP class satisfies the 21-hour Agile training requirement, and can be recorded as PDUs for those who currently hold their PMP® certification. 

PMP Boot Camp Course Description

As many industries move away from traditional, Waterfall environments, C5T has been a leader in Agile workflows and development. With 16+ years of direct support to US Government and DoD organizations, we understand how to adapt to changes in the workplace. We have a strong history of providing PMP Boot Camps for over eight years and continue to stay on the leading edge in all new project management methodologies.

Our PMP students can start immediately implementing the things they learned in their classes, and our PMI-ACP students can do the same. As new methods are taught in class, students will learn how to be a change agent and integrate these methods into their current teams.

Our PMI-ACP instructor is part of our PMP Course team, having decades of experience leading and managing projects across many industries. From working on Waterfall or Hybrid projects, to helping a company pivot their workflows to the Agile methodology, we have experienced the impact of the knowledge he has shared.

If you don’t pass the first time, you can attend our course again for up to a year (free of charge) if there is room available. There is a nominal price for new materials.

Live Instructor Led Courses

To better serve our customers in the current COVID-19 climate, we are offering both in-person and virtual classes. To ensure the safety of other students and instructors, if you are not feeling well on the day of class, we have the right to request you attend virtually.

Our class schedule is designed to minimize the amount of time spent away from work while giving students ample time to study between sessions. The Course consists of three 7-hour sessions.

Our live instruction courses led by industry professionals make our course stand out among others. Virtual training allows you more flexibility, while our live training gives you face-to-face, hands-on mentorship and experience that is tailored to your needs and desired outcome.
