Working with USTRANSCOM
C5T has collaborated with USTRANSCOM on large contracts, smaller projects, and everything in between. Along the way, we have developed expertise in the complex field of resource allocation and logistics— and in how best to support the needs of the US Department of Defense.
USTRANSCOM's Unique Consulting Needs
The United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) coordinates US military missions worldwide using both military and commercial transportation resources. It brings together component command representing the Air Force, the Army, and the Navy, and includes the Joint Enabling Capabilities Command, which manages communications, planning, and public affairs.
Among government departments, USTRANSCOM has one of the most diverse sets of internal stakeholders, and is beholden to systems both within and without its control. USTRANSCOM requires uniquely flexible IT systems and project management and analysis processes. In C5T’s contracts with USTRANSCOM, we have worked to provide solutions that help them address the needs of all of their stakeholders.
C5T's Projects for USTRANSCOM
Here are some of the most recent and most exciting contracts that C5T was able to complete for USTRANSCOM.
Infrastructure Information Confidence Model (IICM)
C5T built a decision-making process and knowledge management repository to help USTRANSCOM and the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) assess which sources of information to use when making plans for resource use.
Full Spectrum Mission Assurance (FSMA)
USTRANSCOM Mission Assurance needed support with assessing hazards and threats. C5T created a solution that standardized information about risks in order to make decisions easier.
Analytic Drive Command Decision Support (ADCDS)
USTRANSCOM & the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) needed a software model that could standardize reliable decision-making for operational decision makers. C5T built a system that serves US TRANSCOM the appropriate analytical model to use for any operational decision.
