C5T’s Government Project Management Experience Includes

As the prime contractor for USTRANSCOM’s Portfolio Management / CIO Governance / DPfM-C Support work, our team provides support to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), Mission Area Management (MAM) Manager, Chief Information Officer (CIO), and Distribution Portfolio Management – Coordinator (DPfM-C) for Information Technology (IT) Investment Management activities for the entire Command.

C5T manages the USTRANSCOM Strategic Task List in support of the TCJ6 Directorate. C5T has expert knowledge on the Joint Strategic Planning System and associated processes, products, Joint doctrine, DoD and Command strategy. We assist the Command in developing the TCJ6 portion of the USTRANSCOM strategic estimate, command posture statement, and integrated priority list.
