C5T offers a course to share how we marry Agile and Lean Six Sigma principles to deliver the best solutions to our clients

C5T’s Agile-Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Green Belt course provides our students the skills to incorporate Agile and Lean Six Sigma methodologies into their workflows. These tools and techniques are rooted in the pragmatic, evidence-based approaches that have been successfully applied with DoD clients to support process design and development efforts. It is a 5-day course with an optional, additional 1-day module for preparing participants for national-level certification test as desired.

Agile - Lean Six Sigma Course Requirements

Our Students Should Have:

3-5 years in an industry-specific role
Basic understanding of what Agile is
An interest in creating more simple and efficient processes

Agile - Lean Six Sigma Course Description

Our Agile – LSS course was created by a team of process analysts, research analysts, change management specialists, and project managers to provide the most well-rounded training at the lowest cost. This training reflects the work we provide, proving that we talk the talk and walk the walk.

We are a small business that has been working with the US Government and DoD for over 15 years. We have created a number of courses that we have provided over the years, providing training to our employees and our colleagues in the Scott AFB area.

The course cost includes:

40 hours of hands-on instruction by our instructors
Operational Simulation
C5T Corporation – Developed courseware
Hundreds of practice test questions
Lean Six Sigma certification exam

If you don’t pass the first time, you can attend our course again for up to a year (free of charge) if there is room available. There is a nominal price for new materials.

Live Instructor Led Courses

While our courses are held in person, if a student is sick during the course, our team will work with you to ensure you are able to attend the complete course. This may look like rescheduling the course or attending your course virtually. C5T is a fragrance-free work center for the protection of key personnel. Please do not wear any cologne, deodorant, perfume, or anti-perspirant that has any scent into the C5T Office.

Our 40-hour class schedule is designed to maximize the benefits students can receive from the course. The course facilitates a simulation, where the students work as a team to understand and experience each phase of the process.
